Workshops
Every Friday in the months of April, May & June each year, workshops are conducted free of cost for students seeking admission to COEM. To register, call the COEM helpline.

Every year, COEM conducts a large number of workshops. The one good thing about attending classes is these many workshops that are conducted on campus. Workshops generally happen at the Koregaon Park campus, since it is larger; but a lot of workshops also take place at the Prabhat Road campus.

A workshop is characterised by participation by the audience, where the teacher plays the role of a facilitator rather than a lecturer. Key components are demonstration, participation & experiences.

The season for workshops starts in May. Every Friday, a two hour workshop is conducted by the Dean, COEM, Mr. Bruce MacFarland. His topics range from his experiences in the business of events & media, to glamour in the industry, advertising, sports management & wedding planning.

These workshops run over a period of three months and are open to the public at large. No fee is charged.

Apart from the public workshops, a high number of workshops are conducted exclusively for the students of the college. In 2010 – 2011 and 2011 – 2012 a total of 49 workshops were conducted. The main ones are listed below:
