Are you an event management agency that requires students as event trainees? Or a media production house, newspaper etc. that requires helping hands for a few days?

All event management and mass media students at COEM undergo on the job training on a regular basis, apart from their internship, as applicable. This form of training, as part of the practicum, is referred to as Out House Training.

The idea is to further impart Best Practises; and to expose the student to the latest techniques and technologies. On an average, COEM students work on approx. 85 projects per year.

Event Management or media/ project management companies that require assistants on an project – to – project basis may contact the college for the same. The College arranges for students to work on such projects (up-to a maximum of 100 students per project) based on student availability and the nature of the project.

In order to obtain students for an event, it is recommended that the event agency follow the following process:

  • Register your agency with the College by calling in/ e-mailing
  • The College will e-mail to you a one time registration form
  • Please fill up the form and send it back to us
  • For every event, e-mail or phone in your requirements
  • We send the students to work on your event as per availability.
  • You would have to pay an honorarium per student
